Dear commissioners:
Although a hearing on Trojan's safety has been propcsed,we are asking for an adjudicatory hearing in which persons giving test-imony are under oath. The NRC scientists who recently came foruard with warnings about the dangers of restarting Trojan must be invited to Portland to testify. Recognized spokespeople who oppose the restarting of Trojan must be allowed to attend and to ask questions in person rather than in written form, or the hearing will not dispel the fears that many of un have about this nuclear power plant.
