Gentlemen:
Enclosed are ten copies of the Evaluation Report for Non-Conforming 2 X 2 Storage Cell Module for Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 Nuclear Plant High Density Spent Fuel Racks. This Report was discussed in the referenced meeting. The enclosed copies are being submitted as agreed and are for limited distribution to meeting attendees and for docketing.
We wish to emphasize our position, as stated in previous correspondence and verbal discussions, that the as-built structural design of the subject spent fuel storage racks is acceptable and meets the intended criteria of the original design report as reviewed and approved by NRC and that the concurrence sought by this submittal is at the request of our i
