Management Meeting On December 14, 1992, Messrs.- R. Pagodin and G. Morgan of your staff met with Mr. R. Keimig and other NRC staff members at the NRC Region I office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The meeting was requested by your staff to discuss several matters related to the physical security program at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station. A list of attendees is enclosed with this letter.
The principal matters di: cussed during the meeting were: (1) the transition I'lan for changing.
the security force contractor from Green Mountain Security Services to the Wackenhutt Corporation; (2) the status of the assessment system upgrades; (3) the plans for modifying the intrusion detection system; (4) the acquisition and use of new tactical equipment, plans and weapons; and (5) the general status of the security program.
