I have attached a subcittal dated April 30, 1980 whi:h for reasons unknown to me, you did not receive. This should resolve I

There is, however, a related issue that may or =ay not be a problem.

In your-latest letter you referenced a March 31, 1980 letter by which I submitted the r

referenced plan. My letter was dated March 17, 1980. Mv files indicate you tranz-itted questions regarding the March 17, 1980 submittal, by letter dated Mar:h 21, 1980. Although this is somewhat confusing, I think this situation

wi be resolved with the action you take regarding the attachment. My only con:e : is tha: six copies of the April 30, 1980 submittal may be lost and the: :::t ain infor=ation that should be withheld from the public.

Please let ce k::x. if the missing submittal is located.

The a::achments to this letter contain information of the type described in 10 C77. 2.790(d) and should be withheld frem public disclosure.
