Notification of Inoperable Fire Pumps This is to confirm a verbal communication made on December -
10, 1992 between IP-2 and Region I regarding the necessity of rendering three fire protection pumps inoperable for a period

of time, in order to effect replacement of a valve in'the fire protection system.
This letter satisfies' the-requirements of Technical Specification 3.13. A. 3.b. i = which requires NRC notification and confirmation within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> for events where all three fire pumps are inoperabce simultaneously.
