Attached please find replacement pages to our recently submitted Proposed Change #68, Supplement 2. They are submitted to correct minor errors in the submittal and to add a sentence inadvertently omitted in conformance with our agreed-upon resolution.

Making these corrections does not alter the purpose or intent of the original submittal of Pr. cosed Change #68, Supplement 2. A representative of the State of Maine is being informed by a copy of this letter.

Our conclusions with regard to .gnificant hazards considerations remain unchanged from the prior submittal.
