FERMI-2 TECHNICAL EVALVATION REPORT (TER) ON OFFSITE DOSE CALCVLATION MANVAL (00CM), REVISION 3 (TAC NO. M82771)
Dear Mr. Orser:
The NRC staff and our contractor, EG&G Idaho, Inc., have reviewed-Revision 3 to the Fermi-2 ODCM' dated February 7, 1991.
The enclosed TER is transmitted for your information and consideration and contains our contractor's discussion and comments concerning the Fermi-2 ODCM. We agree with=our contractor that, in general, the ODCM utilizes methodologies that are consistent with staff guidance.
However, Section 5 of the TER contains comments regarding deficiencies identified in the ODCM and suggested improvements.
Category A comments are considered the most serious of the-comments and deficiencies. We request that you respond to these with 90 days receipt of this letter. Other recommended changes are considered relatively.
minor and should be considered for inclusion in future ODCM revisions.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents, therefore, OMB clearance is not required under Pub. L.96-511.
