Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Containment Air Control Envelope Technical Evaluation Report - Revision 4 Attached for your information is a copy of Revision 4 to the Containment Air Control Envelope (CACE) Technical Evaluation Report (TER). This revision to the TER incorporates changes to Sections 2.1 and 3.3.1 which allows the Radiological Controls Department to establish acceptable levels on airborne activity within the CACE on a case-by-case basis as a prerequisite to opening the roll-up door. It also allows the Radiological Controls Department to establish the acceptable levels for surface contamination on packages. By allowing the Radiological Controls Department to establish these limits, as opposed to the fixed limits previously estaolished in Revision 3 to the TER, additional operational flexibility is possible without jeopardizing the health and safety of the public.
