Dear-Mr. Thomas:
In response to a phone conversation with Ms. Rose-Mary Hogan on 28 May,1985 concerning the RRF submission dated 7 May 1985, RRF requests-that the following changes be made to the definitions submitted:
The person referred to in the definition of " OPERATIONS BOUNDARY" as the " reactor chief administrator" be changed to Emergency Coordinator, and that the same change be made for the person referred to as " reactor administrator" in the definition of " SITE BOUNDARY".
