Grimsley April 21, 1992 Page 2 significantly to SCLDF's and the general public's understanding of the operations and activities of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission-as they pertain to the above-referenced proposed facility; disclosure of the requested information is not primarily in the C
commercial interest of SCLDF.
Accordingly, pursuant to 5 U.S.C.
552, I request a waiver of any fees connected with this request.
If you determine that my request for information cannot be sent free of charge, I request that I be notified immediately of the reasons for such a determination, and that I be' given an estimate of the cost that will be involved, prior 12 Any p_qnylng.
