Each of the parties to this Stipulation is a party to the proceeding or proceedings whose docket numbers appear below such party's name at the end of this Stipulation.

the North Anna Enc'.ronmental Coalition proposed that, in the consoli-I dated hearing on the fault zone issue scheduled to commence on March 20, 1974 ("the fault zone hearing"), the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board i
i consider the issue whether the construction permits for the North Anna

Power Station should be suspended or revoked for material false state-ments in required submissions to the Atomic Energy Commission per-taining to the North Anna Power Station site ("the disclosure issue").

- The parties hereby agree as follows:

The disclosure issue shall not be considered in the fault zone hearing.

The AEC Regulatory Staff ("the Staff") will, as soon as practicable, complete its investigation of the disclosure issue ~and provide written notification to the Coalition of the result of such investigation.
Within thirty days after the date of such notification, the Coalition may file, with the Commission, a request for a separate public hearing on the disclosure issue. Any such request =ade by the Coalition will be L supported by the Virginia Electric and Power Company and by the Staff:
however, such support of the Coalition's request for a separate hearing 7
shall be without prejudice to any position respecting the merits of the-disclosure issue that either the Virginia Electric and Power Company or
