Thank you for your letter of January 13, 1981, in response to i
our letter' dated December 4,1980. As a result of our review, we find that additional information is'needed in regards to Item A.1 in the Notice of Deviation.
Your response failed to provide any measures that have or will be taken to prevent both future issue of drawings with incomplete dimensional detail'and the use of Engineering practices '(e.g. design concessions) that are not addressed in the documented QA program.
Please provide this additional information within twenty-five (25) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
