In that letter, PSE&G provided revised responses to Notice of Deviations 50-354/92-80-05 and 50-354/92-80-06 regarding the capccity and fill requiremcats of the fuc1--oil tanks dedicated to the emergency diesel generators at Hope Crook Gensrating
_ Station (HCGS).
In addition to providing our proposed revised response 3 two no',
significant hazards consideration evaluations in accordance with
.10CFR50.92 were also provided..The purpose of those no significant'

hazards con.siderations is to request a review for Licenne Amendment to update the'HCGS Updated Final: Safety Analysiu Report s
with exceptions to Standard Review Plan Section 9.5.4 paragraph'
=I.1.d and Regulatory Guide'1.137 Revision 1 (ANSI N195~1975 Section 6.1).
s We determined that the proposed revised responses could not be
-implemented in accordance with 10CFR50.59 and requires prior review by-the NRC.in accordance with 10CFR50.90 for a. License Amendment to be accepted.
