Pursuant to SUSC552, the Freedom of Information act as amended, I request paper copies of the following documents:
- 1. minutes' of the DOE /NRC Coordinating Group meetings from 1/1483 to 2/1/85
- 2. Items given to NRC at the 1/10/85 meeting with DOE concerning questions raised by NRC on the MH-1 A spent fuel cask and minutes o f that meeting (unless already covered in 1. above)
- 3. letters from C. E. MacDonald to DOE dated Jan. 28, 1983. and Apr. 11, 1983 regarding Safety Analysis Reports for Packaging submitted to NRC
- 4. NRC rules covering requests for changes in regulations and appeals of administrative and commission decisions
- 5. the Safety Analysis Reports for Packaging of the following spent fuel shipping casks:
GE-100 (CoC# 5926)
GE-1600 (CoC# 9044)
BMI-1 (CoC# 5957).
