Enclosed is an application (XCOM1333), dated March 5, 2019, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), from Curtiss-Wright Corporation, for the export of valves, spare parts and other nuclear reactor components to Argentina for installation into the Embalse Nuclear Power Plant.
Assurances from Argentina that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation, are required. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
