This is in response to your letter in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of contract number NRC-04-77-065 and any subsequent modifications or amendments.
The requested records, as identified on the enclosed appendix, are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, DC, for your inspection and copying.
You may obtain access to these records by presenting a copy of this letter to the POR or by requesting folder F01A-81-87 filed under the name of Janice Rutherford.
A copy of the records may also be obtained by writing directly to the PDR or by calling the PDR at 634-3273 and ordering copies of the records l
filed in folder F01 A-81-87.
The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is five cents
