Dear Vr. Snith:
On Thursday, March 5, I attended the public hearing at the Willia = Penn Memorial Museu=.
I was scheduled as the thirty-first speaker and did not get the opportunity to take a state =ent.
The nu=ber of people who would like to presen; statements was many times greater than the' number who were heard.
I am very upset to know that no other ti=e has been cade available for the citizens of central Pennsylvania to present state =ents on the TMI restart.
I had received a letter from the REC 3 card (February 9,1931 - Dochet No.
50-189) announcing the March 5 sessien and was en:ouraged to thin': that those of us in the T.4I area would have an opportunity to be heard.
- ovever, it would see: that the' 1:RC is cahing it difficult to have our feelings en the restart presented.
I a= a teacher in the Mechanicsburg Schools and find it to be very difficult to attend the hea-ing sessiens during the day, I would however, like to have an opportunity to present ny state ent and would appreciate your censideration in this catter.
