Attached is a letter dated December 7,1992, from Transnuclear, Inc., which requests an amendment to export license XSNM02713, to add CEA as an additional ultimate consignee. A letter of assurance is required that the CEA in France is authorized to possess the subject material. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated. We would also appreciate receiving your comments on the requested amendment.

Per our telecon of today, please amend export license XSNM02713', issued September 9, 1992, to include an additional Ultimate Consignee in Foreign Country.
