Dear Ms. Sherman:

This is in response to your letter dated April 1,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infomation Act (F0IA), the latest inspection report for ADC0 Services including all items of noncompliance.

The enclosed appendix identifies documents which are being made available for your inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington DC 20555. The documents will be filed in PDR folder F01A-85-?37 under your name. We are enclosing a notice that provides procedures for obtaining records from the PDR.

Portions of document one of the appendix have been deleted in order to withhold the nanes, identifiers, and other personal infomation of individuals receiving radiation exposure. Because disclosure of this information would constituta a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, it is beino withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Exemption (6) of tbo F0IA (5 U.S.C. 55?(b)(6)) and 10 CFR 9.5 (a)(6) of the Comission's regulations.

Fursuant to 10 CFR 9.9 of the Comm.ssion's regulations, it has bean determined that the information withheld is exempt from production or disclosure and that its production or dieclosure is contrary to the public interest. The persons responsible for this denial are the undersigned, and Mr. Janes G. Keppler, Regional Nministrator, Degion ITI.

This denial may be appealed to the Commissier's Exece*.ive Director for Operations within 30 days from the receipt of this letter. As provided in 10 CFR 9.11, any such appeal nust be in writino, addressed to the Executive Director for Operations, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission, Washington, DC 20555, and should clearly state on the envelope and in the letter that it is an " Appeal from an Initial F0IA Decision."
