We have received your letter dated December 2,1992, which transmitted your proposed scope of participation and objectives-for'the Big Rock Point. Nuclear-Plant's emergency preparedness exercise scheduled for March-23,1993.
We understand.that Objective No. 4,b, regarding the: timeliness of staffing-the Emergency Operations Facility, refers only to.the -time needed by the' General-Office Response Team to augment plant personnel, who_ initially staff this.:
facility in a more timely manner in accordancc with'your_ emergency plan.
With this understanding, we_ have determined that your proposed scope of--
participation and objectives are acceptable.
