This refers to your application dated July 12, 1934, requesting approval of the Model No. IP-50 package.
By letter dated December 21, 1984, additional infornation was requested in connection with our review of your application. On April 17, 1985, you were advised by letter of your failure to respond and our intent to issue a denial of your July 12, 1984, application if we did not hear from you in 30 days. As of this date, you have failed to provide the infornation requested or a date when the information would be provided.
In the absence of information upon which to base a finding that the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71 are net, your application requesting approval of Model fio. IR-50 is denied.
You may request a hearing with respect to this denial within 20 days f
from the date of this notice.
