Dear hr. Chewning:
Thi3 is to inform you of an exception to cur I:PUES permit that occurred at North Anna Power Station.
The dally avera.;e msss of total suspended solids discharged In the blowdown frcm the Unit 2 flash evaporator was determined to be 0 724 Kg for february, IS$1.
Station personnel suscact that this exception is cue to a defective flew reter, as the cencentraticn of total suspended solids was only 1.6 mg/l and the average ficw was 0.11352 ngd.
As corrective action, station personnel are going to repair the flow meter.
