Dear Dr. Murley:
As discussed during the June 4 and October 23, 1992 Enforcement Conferences regarding issues at our Dresden facility, CECO's Engineering and Construction (ENC) Department is developing and implementing an Integrated Reporting Program (IRP) to more formally address conditions adverse to quality.
The purpose of this letter is to provide you-with-a status update of the ENC IRP implementation.
The ENC IRP procedure has been approved and will be issued by December 31, 1992.
ENC personnel stationed at Downers-Grove have been trained to effectively utilize the EHC program.
ENC personnel located at the sites will utilize the Station IRP process and the associated Station procedure.
ENC site-personnel--are-currently utilizing the site IRP processes with the exception of LaSalle Station.
The LaSalle Station ENC organization will begin utilizing IRP consistent with the implementation of-IRP at LaSalle Station, currently scheduled for March 31, 1993.
