This is in response to the December 2,1992 US NRC Region III Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty-$625 and Demand for Information [NRC Inspection Report No. 50-186/92002(DRSS)] concerning events at the University of blissouri Research Reactor (h1URR). In accordance with 10 CFR 2.205, enclosed is a check for $625 in payment of this civil penalty.
