We received your 10 CFR 50.54(a) submittal, referenced above, transmitting Revision 23 to the Quality Assurance Program for Vennont Yankee and Yankee. Region I has begun an initial review of this report as it pertains to Yankec; however, based on our current review schedule, we anticipate that it will require more than 60 days to complete our review.
