Response
CECO believes that WCAP 10271 dated January 1983 and Supplement 1 to WCAP 10271 dated July 1983 adequately address the questions posed in Item 4.5.3. Reference (d) transmitted the SER approving the WCAP with conditions for referencing the report.
Byron Station has already referenced the report, and the reference is also applicable to Braidwood since their Technical Specfications will be based on Byron's.
Please address any questions that you or your staff may have concerning our response to Generic Letter No. 83-28 to this office.
