report documents NRC staff evaluation of the proposed tailings management program and alternatives, radiological essessment of proposed operations and accident analysi:.
This scope is consist.ent with your request for technical assistance and my. letters to you of December 14,1979, and May 22,1980, on the matter.
A separate advance copy will be provided directly to Pioneer Uravan, Inc.,
in a few days as was agreed to in conversation with Hubert J. Miller on December 22, 1980.
Final bound copies will be sent to you after printing in about two weeks.
