[HDEEliNDENT SPENT FUEL STOR AGE _IllSIALLATION NUCLEAR SECURITY PERSONNEL TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN - REVISION 16 CLARiflCATIOl.{S Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the enclosed clarifications to the Surry Power Station Nuclear Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan.
Commitments have been reincorporated into the plan in accordance with a teleconference between Mr. M. Sinkule of the NRC Region ll office and Mr. D. A. Sommers on October 28,1992.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and 10 CFR 72.186(b), additional changes have been added in accordance with teleconferences between Ms. O. M. Masnyk of the NRC Region 11 office and Mr. G. A. Wilson of our Security Department on October 22 and November 23,1992.
