Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3 Technical Specification Change Request 92-01, Including Hardened Wetwell Valves in Isolation Valve Tables
Dear Sir:
Phi.' adelphia Electric Company (PECo) hereby requests _ that Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) Number 92-01, submitted by letter dated October 5, 1992, be withdrawn.
This TSCR was submitted to include the newly installed hardened vent valve in the list of-primary containment isolation valves.
Following this submittal,-the design of the modification-was revised such that the valve is classified as a sealed closed barrier.
Since sealed closed barriers are not required to be listed on the table which was the subject of the subject TSCR, the modification revision has obviated the need for_the requested' change.
