Pursuant to the Freedom or Inrormation Act, 5 USC 552, as omended, and the provisions of 10 CFR Port 9, the undersigned hereby requests the rollowing:
oil Plant Emergency Instructions or Procedures for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, or generic BWR Mark III Emergency Procedure Guadelines, drort or rinol, concerning containment hydrogen control, the mointenance or contoinment integrity, or contosnment purge or venting.
In occordance With your policy on ree waivers, I hereby request that 75% or the rees for the search and production or these items be waived as they relate to Issue N8, on hydrogen control, odmitted in the Perry OL proceeding.
I agree to oecept the remaining (25%) charges.
