C. 20555 Docket No. 50-312 Rancho Seco Nuclear Station License No. DPR-54 REVISIID RANCIIO Si!CO QUALITY MANUAL Attention: Seymour Weiss in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3), the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (the District) hereby submits the latest version of the previously accepted Rancho Seco Quality Assurance Program description. During 1992, the District revised Rancho Seco Quality Manual (RSQM) Sections I, II, and X to agree with the numerous changes that occurred when the NRC approved the Permanently Defueled Technical SpeciGeations (License Amendment No.119).

RSQM changes resulting from License Amendment No. I19 include a revised organization description (Section I), revised Technical SpeciGeation references (Section 11), and deletion of ASME Section XIin-service inspection requirements (Section X). Based on a District evaluation, the RSQM changes do not reduce the commitments applicable to the previous, NRC accepted Rancho Seco Quality Assurance Program description.
