Enclosed for your information are endorsements which have been issued by NEllA to effect increases in limits of liability for insureds whose financial protection requirements have been increased effective August 1st. CVNPA and SEFOR are not included since the first organization is terminating its operation and the second will only have fuel in stoiage. With regard to SEFOR, we have forwarded our policy to General Electric and you should receive your copies from them shortly to satisfy the $1,000,000 financial protection requirement.

It is agreed that: I

1. The limit of 11a'bility stated in Item 4 of the declarations as atuended

'by Increase of Liability Endorscaent Humbers 6, 7 and 19 is further amended to read.$44,400,000. This amended limit applies with respect to obligations assumed or expensos incurred because of bodily; injury or property damage caused, during the period frota the effective date of ,

this endorsement'to the date of termination of the policy,-by the nuc1 car energy hazard.

2. The original limit of liability stated in Item 4 of the declarations, the limit of liability stated in Increase of Limit of Liability L'ndorse-ment Numbers 6, 7 and 19 cnd the amended licit'of liability sected in paragraph 1 above shall not be cumulative, and each payuant made by the companics after the effective-date of this endorsement for any losc or c):ponse covered by the policy shall reduce by the ca.ount of. such payment-the liuit of liability originally stated in Itcu 4 of the declarations, the amended limit of liability stated in the Increare of Limit of Liability Endorsement Humberu 6, 7 and 19 and the unended liuit of Liability sected in para;raph 1 above, regardless of which limit of liability applies with respect to tha bodily injury ~or property daange out of which such loss or c:: pense ariscs.
