Attached are.three (3) copies of Endorsement No. 38 and No. 39 to UELIA Policy NF-117 covering the Big Rock Point nuclear Plant.

Endorsement No. 38 changes the subscribing companies and their proportionate liabilities for the calendar year,1968.

Endorsement No. 39 establishes the advance, standard and reserve premiums for calendar year, 1968. Both endorsements were effective January 1, 1968.
