SECY-85-154 - Motion to Investigate DOE Actions Concerning Shoreham The Commission, by a 5-0 vote, approved an order denying a motion by Suffolk County and New York State to conduct an investigation " aimed at disclosing the (DOE) lobbying, forcing, influencing, or any other action which might affect or already have affected the content, direction or outcome of the NRC's Shoreham proceeding."
(Subsequently, on June 5, 1985 the Secretary signed the Order.)
