IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REVISED TITLE 10 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, PART 20.
This letter provides the written notification required by s 20.1008 of the revised 10 CFR 20, Standards for Protection Against Radiation, that Consumers Power Company is adopting early implementation of ss 20.1001-20.2401 and associated appendices on January 1,1993, at-its Big Rock Point Plant, facility Operating License No. DPR-06. -Consumers Power Company has documented the bases for our method of implementation for each section of the Final Rule requiring specific implementation actions, including interpretation of ss 20.101-20.2401 requirements and any regulatory guidance where necessary.
These bases will be made available for review by NRC personnel upon request.
