NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50 321/92-31 AND 50-366/92-31
This refers to the inspection conducted by W. J. Tobin of this office on
November 3-5, 1992. The inspection included a review of activities authorized
for your llatch facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings
were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed
report.
The inspection consisted of selected examinations of your Drug and Alcohol
Abuse Policy, corporate and site implementation procedures, chemical testing
program, interviews with employees and contractors, observation of your
Collection Facility and review of pertinent records and reports.
Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not
identified.
in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rule of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
