Cain of the Louisiana Power and Light Company (LP&L) from Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut and all records identifying, listing, mentioning, or otherwise referring to the follow-up actions by LP&L Ebasco, and Mercury to the 1982 inspection report referenced in page 14 of the letter.

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 8 552, the Government Accountability Project (GAP) of the Institute for Policy Studies, requests copies of any and all agency records and information, including but not limited to notes, letters, memoranda, drafts, minutes, diaries, logs, calendars, tapes, transcripts, interview reports, procedures, instructions, engineering analyses, drawings, files, graphs, charts, maps, photographs, agreements, handwritten notes, studies, data sheets, notebooks, books, telephone messages, computations, voice recordings, and other data compilations, interim and/or final reports, status reports, and any and all docu-monts related to the Juno 13, 1983 letter to Mr. J. McCain, President and C.E.O. of Louisiana Power and Light Company, from Darrell G.

Eisenhut, including but not limited to all drafts and inputs into that letter; documente constituting, mentioning, memorializing or referring to the views or opinions of any NRC employee or manager concerning that letter or the action the NRC would require of LP&L in response to the issues identified in that letters all NCR's, FCR's, DCN's, EDN's or DN's identified, mentioned or otherwise referred to in that letter; all survey and/or exit interviews of QA personnel conducted by LP&L in January, 1984; Mercury Construction Proceduro SP-666, Rev. 8; documents listing, mentioning, or reforring to the 67 syntoma transferred to LP&L operations, referenced on page 12 of the letter; all documents identifying, listing, montioning, or otherwise referring to problems of Mercury wolders' qualifications as referenced on page 13 of the lottor; and all documents identifying, listing, montioning or othorwiso reforring to the follow-up actions by LP&L, Ebasco, and Mercury to the 1982 NRC inopoction report referenced on page 14 of the lotter.
