Section 2.730 (a) and (b), the.ntervenor requests the Board to

reconsider its November 24, 1992 Order for " Schedule for Discovery and Further Hearing Preparation".
The Intervonor requests that the Board order the Parties to submit answers to December 8, 1992 uncontested discovery requests no later than January 5 1993.
The basis of this request is that Intervenor's expert Dr. Kaku unt review answers to the above discovery between January 5 and January 9, 1993 due to professional commitment before and after th3s time.
Any deviation from this request will preclude Intervenors ability to prt;sent any nuclear physics expert.
