50-328 Enclosed is revision 9 to the "Preservice Baseline and Inservice Inspection Program for Tennessee Valley Authority Sequoyah Nuclear Plant.
The initial draft program was submitted by J.
E. Gilleland's letter to S. A. Varga dated August 23, 1977.
As additional changes result from implementation of the program, they will be submitted.
Revision 9 incorporates Appendix E (Notification of Indications),
unit 2 drawings, and revisions to Section 2 (Inservice Inspection Program).
