This is in further response to your letter dated October 1,1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, information concerning members of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel.

In Mr. John C. Carr's letter to you dated November 7,1979, it was I stated that some additional documents were undergoing review and that you would be advised when that review was completed.

The three individuals involved have reviewed their. documents and have waived their privacy rights. Therefore, the documents are enclosed.
