SUBJECT:

CONTROL OF NRC RULEVAKING: RES INDEPENDENT REVIEW 0F PROPOSED RULEMAKING As requested by your December 11, 1984 memorandum, the NMSS package concerning modification of 10 CFR 35.14(b)(7) to add six new methods of use.and the appropriate radiopharmaceuticals for each, was assigned to the Health Effects Branch for review.

The draft staff recommendation is that NRC should proceed with the proposed rulemaking.
