Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) 85-03 (Log No. 1-1154) concerning the
. Davis-Besse. Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1 Auxiliary Feedwater Pump Turbine Steam Supply (AFPTSS) piping system, was issued by your office on April 26, 1985. As a result of discussions between Toledo Edison and your Staff, it was determined that under CAL 85-03 Item No. 5, a written -
report will be provided to Region III on any defects found on pipe supports and pipe support components of the AFPTSS system following actuation of the auxiliary feedwater (AFW) system. Accordingly, enclosed is a report summarizing the recently observed defects as compared to the previously conducted baseline inspection.
