evaluation of Environmental Statement (DES) contains a recent the socioeconomic impacts of a proposed uranium mill The contractor's report shall contain sections simildr in format to the following portions of the enclosed proj ect.

Section 2.4 on Demography and Socioeconomic Frofile, Section 2.5 on Land Use, Section 4.2 on Land Use, and DES:

Section 4.8 on Socioeconirra: Impacts.

The contractor may propose an alternative method for reviewing and reporting on the applicant's submission on socioeconomic impacts, i.e., the contrac't' r's proposed method instead of that suggested o

herein by the NRC.

The cont.ractor sha13 respond to public comments or other Ta s k 3 --

agency (Sta te or Federal) comments on the evalua tions if requested by t.he lu155 Project Officer.

The contractor shall also. provide testimony at public hearings on the evaluations if requested by the RMS Project Officer.
