In accordance with our phone conversation on May 23, 1985, this shall serve as a formal request.
Northern States Power Company would like to request that the Monticello Nuclear Plant's 1985 Full Participation Exercise be moved from September 17, 1985 to October 9, 1985. This will allow FEMA to participate in Monticello's exercise.
