Pursuant to General Provision No. 2, " Changes", the Contractor is hereby directed to immediately proceed with the following.

WORK REQUIRED i
Review and evaluate the submittals* provided by each power reactor licensee to prepare a summary of each licensee's present management plant staff, and l
offsite technical resources.
The contractor shall additionally include in each summary the review and evaluation of the information to be obtained by telephone from each power reactor licensee in accordance with Harold Denton's letter dated February 28, 1980, and enclosures thereto, Exhibit III.
Each sumary shall include but not be limited to numbers of personnel, man-years experience, and areas of expertise that can be made available for the short-term and long-term phases of an unusual event; and the extent of advanced planning l
accomplished to utili:e these resources (as available in the submittals).
