AMBULANCE LEAVES SITE At approxirnately 8:00 A.M. today, a Met-Ed employee, experiencing pains near the area df the right kidney, left the site in an ambulance. The individual was not in a radiological:

controlled area at the time of the event.

Media interest is expected because the licensee has notified local off site agencies of t'.-r event. Neither the licensee or NRC is planning a press , release.

The Comonwealth of Pennsylvania was not notified by the NRC.
