I am enclosing Consumers Power Company's responses to Interrogatories 9-22 through 9-30, 9-38 and 9-42, together with the documents indicated to be enclosed. This submission completes the "nine" series of interrogatories except for the ones concerning the Big Rock Point emer-gency plan. I expect to have the answers to the "three" series of interrogatories available by the end of the month.
The answers to the emergency plan interrogatories will be forthcoming as soon as possible.
Interrogatory 9-24a. requests, among other things, a description of the fuel in residence at Big Rock Point and the duration of the Company's fuel contracts. This information is described in Mr. Burgener's letter of March 21, 1978 to NUS, and additional information is set forth in documenta-tion provided to NUS by Mr. Larsen on March 12, 13 and 21.
The information provided on March 12 and 13 is included in handwritten form as Attachment C to NUS Internal Correspond -
ence #EnSD-FS-194. This material is being typed in a more legible form as a table, and it i11 be sent to you very shortly. In addition, I wish te all to your attention the l fact that, as indicated in the response to Interrogatory 9-29, i pages 39-44 of NUS Analysis File 5148-SA-A2 were deleted i because they contain proprietary information.

In your interrogatories, you requested that we answer each question in four parts,.the' third of which was:
C. Identify and provide all documents and studies, and the particular parts thereof, examined but not relied upon by the Licensee, which pertains to the subject matter in question.
We have interpreted this request as meaning those documents and studies examined by Licensee in preparing re-sponses to these interrogatories. This interpretation is consistent with item B. which requests that the studies and documents relied upon as a basis for the answer be identified'and provided.
