This Supplement 2 to Revision 29 la being submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The information contained in this revision was discussed in an informal meeting with NRC Region II representatives, Corporate Security, and Site Security on December 9, 1992.
This Supplement 2 to Revision 29 provides the clarifications which were requested by HRC, by letter dated October 28, 1992.
This letter and the enclosed information are being sent by registered mail. The signed receipt will signify that you have received this information and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withheld from public disclosure as defined by 10 CFR 73.21.
This receipt will also be verification to TVA that NRC's copies of the plan have been updatad and the superseded material has been destroyed.
