This revision is being submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). The information contained in this revision was discussed in an informal meeting with Orysia Hasnyk of Region !! on December 9, 1992.
This letter and the enclosed information are being sent by registered mail. The signed receipt will signify that you have received this information and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withheld from public disclosure as defined by 10 CFR 73.21.
