REVIEW 0F REVISION 7A 0F ZION ANNEX TO THE EMERGENCY PLAN On November 23, 1992, we received Revision 7A of the ' Zion Station's Annex to the Generating Stations Emergency Plan. We have reviewed Revision 7A and have determined that it is acceptable and does not degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning.
Revision 7A included minor text changes and an associated graph illustrating the estimated relationship between containment radiation level readings and i
percent fuel clad damage for a postulated noble gas release during the first l
ten hours after a loss of coolant accident.
